Ms. Watson started Grandeur Peak as an intern and is now a global Research Analyst. While at Brigham Young University, she served as Co-President of the Private Equity & Markets Association and was also an active member of the Women in Finance, Investment Banking, and Impact Investing Associations.

Ms. Watson studied abroad in Europe and maintained Dean’s List status (top 5%) over all four years. Upon graduating, Ms. Watson received the Merrill J. Bateman Outstanding Student Award, an award given to one student from each undergraduate program in the School of Business in recognition of academic achievement, commitment to BYU Marriott School, and service to the student programs.

Alexis enjoys long-distance running, snow skiing, yoga, and a good book.
