Mr. Vincent is Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Grandeur Peak. Mr. Vincent also services the compliance needs for our sister firm, Rondure Global Advisors.
Prior to joining Grandeur Peak, Mr. Vincent worked for 14 years as Managing Director, General Counsel and CCO at Grey Mountain Partners, a private equity firm based in Colorado. While at Grey Mountain, he negotiated and led over 40 control acquisitions in the United States and Canada, investing from three institutional investment funds. He also served on the boards of directors of numerous portfolio companies across the country in a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to distribution to business services.
Prior to Grey Mountain, he spent five years in general counsel and senior management roles at two telecom companies and five years in private legal practice, specializing in corporate and transactional law. Immediately after law school, Mr. Vincent served a judicial clerkship in the U.S. District Court for the State of Utah.

Mr. Vincent and his family all work together to operate a family charitable giving organization that aims to strengthen communities by lifting individuals who live there. While he was in college, he served for two years in Taiwan as a volunteer missionary.
