Mr. Schrader started as an intern and is now a global Research Analyst. While at Brigham Young University, Mr. Schrader was involved in the investing club as well as the student-run investment fund. Prior to working at Grandeur Peak, he worked at Silvercrest Asset Management Group and the BYU Global Financial Advisors Fund.
